RUF SCR 'Mary Stuart' Anchors Broad Arrow's Debut at The Quail Auction
A rare RUF makes its first auction appearance, joined by three Singer commissions and significant Porsche icons at the two-day sale in Carmel.
Broad Arrow will present the RUF SCR 'Mary Stuart' at auction for the first time when the house holds its inaugural edition of The Quail Auction on August 13 and 14 at The Quail Golf Club in Carmel, California. The car anchors an exceptional group of RUF models offered in the sale.
Alongside the RUF contingent, Broad Arrow will present three Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer models, each commissioned separately. The trio comprises a 1990 911 Classic Turbo Services 'Aurum Verde Commission,' a 1990 911 Coupe 'Los Angeles Commission,' and a 1990 911 Targa 'Coconut Grove Commission.' These represent distinct iterations of Singer's approach to 911 restoration and customization during the model's peak output period.
The sale will also feature significant icons from Porsche's internal history. A rare 1988 959 Komfort joins an Exclusive Department 1995 911 Turbo Cabriolet and an era-defining 2015 918 Spyder. The 918 Spyder is being offered without reserve.
Broad Arrow's two-day sale will present nearly 200 collector cars across both sessions. The house plans to list additional details and registration information on broadarrowauctions.com.
The auction marks Broad Arrow's entry into The Quail event series, traditionally held during Monterey Car Week alongside established sales platforms.
